Overview
How mathematical and scientific frameworks make the physical world intelligible.
Reading the Universe explores how humanity translates observations of the physical world into measurements, mathematical relationships, models, and scientific frameworks.
Rather than treating equations only as instruments of calculation, the work examines what their symbols identify, what relationships they express, which assumptions they depend upon, and what can legitimately be inferred from them.
The project combines mathematical interpretation, scientific reasoning, conceptual analysis, and historical context within an integrated explanatory structure.
Purpose
Moving beyond operating mathematical expressions toward understanding the frameworks that give them meaning.
The work examines questions including:

Current status
A substantial body of work exists. Its eventual publication arrangements remain open.
A substantial working manuscript and a defined analytical method have been developed. Writing and editorial development remain ongoing.
The work is unpublished and is being prepared for future publisher consideration. Publication arrangements have not been determined.
Development is continuing with the immediate objective of refining the work and preparing an appropriate proposal and representative materials. Its eventual form, scope, and publication architecture will remain open to informed editorial and publishing discussion.
